Welcome to Telegraph Point

Introduction:

The village of Telegraph Point is situated in the Hastings (New South Wales Mid North Coast) region approximately 20 kilometres north from Port Macquarie, along the Pacific Highway.

Telegraph Point was so named when the telegraph line from Port Macquarie to Kempsey crossed the Wilson River at a small peninsular on the south bank of the river, immediately to the east of the existing traffic bridge.
